Refund policy

At KheriYan, your satisfaction is our top priority and we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and a hassle-free return experience. If you are not satisfied with the product, we are happy to take back the product and issue you a refund after deducting delivery charges of your purchase.

 Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund, (Sale products not refundable)

Must make order opening video and make sure the product is delivered in perfect condition. Send that video to the KheriYan team, otherwise, your complaint will not acceptable.

To assure your refund please use a trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.

Accessories will not be eligible for exchange and refund.

Item purchased from sales and promotions are not eligible for return. 

The customers can return article within 3 days after delivery. 

 

Exchange Policy

You need to send the wrong size first to our address, once received, we will send you the new size within 15 days.

Products can only be exchanged if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for exchange. Product exchange will be done within 15 working days of complaint registration.
